Zeugma Mosaic Museum, which is one of world's largest and magnificent mosaic museums with its area of 30.000 m², has a very rich mosaic collection in terms of subject and colour variety.
The museum has the most beautiful mosaics of the world from the ancient city of Zeugma. These mosaics are about 2000 years old and unique in design, colour and perfection. Besides its 1450 m² of mosaics, 140 m² of frescoes, 4 Roman fountains, 20 columns, 4 limestone sculptures, bronze statue of Mars, grave steles, and sarcophagi, when an additional 1000 m² of mosaics are restored, the museum will have 3000 m² of mosaics in total.

The museum was structured in the form of three large units witnessing to history.
Main Building: The main building of the museum complex exhibits the mosaics that have been found at the ancient city of Zeugma.
Second Building: A unique collection of Late Antiquity church mosaics originating from the vicinity of Gaziantep is on display at the second building.
Third Building: The third building is the section comprising the executive offices and conference rooms.
The most fantastic pieces in the museum; Fertility Goddess Demeter, Akratos, Euphrates, Oceanos - Tethys, Perseus - Andromeda, Herakles, Helios, Dionysos, Telete, Skyrtos, Ariadne, Eros, Psykhe, Metiochus and Parthenope. The statue of Mars (Ares), the God of War, made of bronze is one of the most striking artifacts exhibited in the Zeugma Mosaic Museum. In addition, the world famous Gypsy Girl mosaic is exhibited here too.
